So; summary of PROJECT: HAPPY [link] is to find someone who you've never met, talked to, seen (their art), ect. Find someone like this who's OC you like in some way shape or form, and then draw their OC. Random act's of Art kindness.
So! i tracked down Ruki, OC to  .Who dosen't love rainbow hair? her Pant like short things make me happy. i like the band thingers on her arms [link] i wish i'd had a chance to draw them.
